The Pentagon has awarded the defense giant Raytheon Technologies over $2.36 billion in government contracts since Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin III’s confirmation on January 22nd.
Austin was on Raytheon’s board of directors prior to his confirmation.
Were these contracts already scripted by the Congress before Austin came to be Sec. Def.? Not that this sort of corruption doesn’t go on each and every day with corporations, especially defense contractors, bribing members of the House and Senate to vote in specific ways.
