1. The presence of white men and women among the blacks in these riots suggests that perhaps they should be excused or at least understood. Sre these riots not just a microcosm of America’s foreign policy over the last 20+ years? Burning, destroying infrastructure, looting, and killing in so many nations. These rioters have learned well.
