If entertainment/actor celebrities have great influence, it’s not them being stupid, the stupid ones are the people in American society that listen and lend credence to the celebrity narratives.
They are not stupid… because their opinions are good marketing?
Or they really believe and are stupid and the consumers are stupid enough to believe the stupid or devious celebrities?
Those old Sherlock Holmes movies are fun to watch partly because of the blatant propaganda, entertaining as scientific studies.. Today I think it is much harder to recognize.
