Innovative. Likely a farmer. I was involved with food manufacturing for almost all of my working days. When we needed to hire an equipment maintenance type of person, the best at the various tasks involved were always ex-farmers or people who grew-up farming. These people could always get the machine/system running again – imaginative and innovative folks. Of course, new manufacturing plants nowadays are so sophisticated with their micro-processor systems that you need a bona-fide engineer to diagnose and fix the problem — rather like a lay person trying to fix today’s new, computerized automobiles.
